How It Works
QC Packing integrates validation directly into the ShipperView dispatch flow, with no additional steps or interruptions to the workflow.
When an order is selected, XENVIO automatically loads the complete list of products to pack with their quantities and photos.
The operator scans the barcode of each SKU with a handheld scanner. The system instantly validates against the order list.
Compatible with all scanners✓ GREEN + positive beep if the SKU is correct. ✗ RED + alert sound if there's an error or wrong product.
✓ 0.5 second responseOnly when all SKUs are validated does ShipperView enable the next step. It is physically impossible to dispatch an incomplete or incorrect order.
